i have taken a look at the link... and will be looking at it in depth tonight when the house is quiet...so i can take it all in....Work to live= not live to work0 -

Not necessarily. I have no income, as I am a housewife, and Lloydstsb gave me a credit card with a credit limit which increased to £15,000.00. I have always been completely honest, so they were totally aware that I had no income of my own.
I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.0 -
hi..gravitytolls.... thanks for letting us know...and it proves it does go on as we all know....
what did you think about it ? do you think its right....or wrong... and should be questioned
also i have had a phone call today from the local branch to say all the info that we requested is there to be picked up.
so guess what type of weekend i wil be having.....
so in the next few days i can let you know some figures.... and see what you think....
whether i am clutching at those straws.. or if its worth finding out more info... on where we stand...

i now have the bank's computer screen read ou of the account..
interesting reading......i have a few bits that need clearing ....as first of all there is no mention of charges.. but only commission.....and then interest.... so i think the interest is the charge for the o/d and commission ? maybe thats the charge for going over the o/d limit
also there was a policy o/d proctection.... which he was paying... whick i have phoned the bank ..which then put me through to the protection claims dpt.... wh
ich have no record whats so ever of this policy... they also said it was very strange and unusual that they have an o/d protection policy on a business account
also when i went to the bank to sort out, and clear up wind the business account down on behlaf of my hubby...no mention... or i wasnt told about this policy.. as apart from the outstanding 15k loan.. there was also a overdraft of £3378. which in effect should have been wiped out/ covered by the policy..
i hope this is making sense to peeps... as i am not very good at writting down what i mean...
so i am making an appointment with the business manager at the begining of the week.... so i can get a copy of the o/d protection policy..... and to for them to claify this commission/ interest ....what i can make out... that after taking the loans interest and the shop remt out every month.... there was no money left.. for other expenses... and they still increased give him another loan...Work to live= not live to work0
