I don't think it's just coincidence that they are out of stock all over the country. This usually means that they are either not going to stock them anymore OR that the price is about to change. I remember looking for an item all over the country, then I was told about the above reasons.....then when the new catalogue came out, the price had risen so much, I did not buy them.
