we have 2 variable and 1 fixed rate mortgage on our house all with the same lender, but feel we could get a better deal. Where do we start?

Speak to your current lender and see what they can offer you. Also visit a 'Whole of Market' broker and see what they can come up with for you.
If lender is better go with them, if broker can beat it then go that wayI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. How long are you tied in for on the fixed rate?
What is the penalty to come out early of that fixed rate? As you would need to factor that into your calculations.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
