I'm very aware of our environment and am more angry than anything else. Just for the sake of punching in 2 numbers it could have saved 49 letters, 49 envelopes and 49 plastic window inserts!

I too had my order cancelled! Looking at my statement they refunded 10p, 10 times, instead of just refunding me £1! And I too got 10 letters stating the cancellation of order! RIDICULOUS!

did they all come with a free post envelope by any chance?
send the slip back, in each individual one if they did
if they need to pick up the tab for posting them, they may think twice about doing it again

i know thats not green either, but you have the paper already
i would be angry about it too

No it was just the letter in an envelope. That would have been a good idea though if they had. Could have sent 10 a week for the next 5 weeks to annoy them

Edited to add that I have phoned them and put in a complaint

I would write return to sender on every one of them and send them all back! Can't stand littlewoods - worst company I have ever dealt with.
