Sister Act with Whoopi

I know these tickets are full price plus booking fee (so not strictly a 'bargain') but considering Sister Act starring Whoopi Goldberg were going for £200+ the other week, I thought I'd share...

  • I heard that she had pulled out of the show as her mother was ill, you may want to check before booking if you wanted to see her in particular

according to tkts website (half price ticket booth leicester square) the full price stalls for this evening were going at 39.50 instead of £65 but of course this is without Whoopi. They have been available for several days at this price, shame you can't book online though. We are going up on Sat to see if we can get them from there for Sat matinee, if not will see something else like woman in black.
Can't currently find cheaper for Sister Act and it ends its run end of Octoberish.

I don't know about the whole sister act thing - but I have used seetickets loads (when i had the money to go to concerts) if you are worried whoppi or not - give them a ring, I have always found them really helpful when I rang them.
Debt free May 2016 (without the support of MSE forum users that would never have been possible - thank you all)

I saw Whoopi in August, and she was fantastic! When I saw that she was making some additional appearances, I went to the London Palladium box office yesterday to check.

There are still loads of seats available for the Monday Matinee, as this is not a regular date, for any theatre, to have afternoon performances, and it hasn't been widely advertised yet - and it's half term week. :T

I've taken my grandchildren to see this, and there is no swearing, just a few innuendos that go over their heads, and it's a fun show.

If you want to see a musical that has loads of songs, glitter, great scenery, and you'll be guaranteed to come out with a smile on your face - this is it. And Whoopi just makes it perfect! :j:j

The last performance is on Saturday 30th October.

    xx
