Filled out all our paperwork and signed it, it's getting picked up tomorrow.
Got new bank account details.
Just waiting now, which I suspect will be torture.
Being honest, everything has seemed relatively easy up to this point, the worry of not being able to make payments and having to seek debt advice, is actually worse than the reality.
It actually feels good that we know things are getting dealt with, and the fact we have a budget to live within, we know exactly where we will be every month, not worrying about having to use credit cards or overdraft, just to survive.

Only got till the 11th November now to find out if our Trust Deeds will become protected!
The phone calls have pretty much stopped, with all the creditors being pretty empathetic on the phone, not even heard from a couple of them at all, not even by letter!
The only major stress we have had was with switching bank accounts. I went in to see the Cooperative Bank, explained why we were moving accounts, they gave us a joint account, all seemed okay, we got the cards in, PIN's, and transferred all our direct debits. Then last Thursday we got a letter from the bank advising they were cancelling our account because of the Trust Deed and cancelled all our direct debits! So we have had to apply for another account with them, just waiting for the paperwork and then having to contact employers, tax credits, child benefit etc and all our direct debits!
Fingers crossed everything goes okay!

Fingers crossed Dave that the trust deed goes through as potected.
Bit of a pain about the bank account, still at least they are okay about you opening a new one.

Great news for us, the Trust Deed has went through with no objections, so shall become protected.
I think it's safe to say that the past 5 weeks have been amongst the most stressful of my life, but things seem to be looking up!
