I have 2 CCJs on my credit file from 2005 and 2006 both satisfied. When will they be erased from my file? when they were issued or when they were paid off?

If they have been paid in full they should show as satisfied but will not be removed. Once the judgement is 6 years old it will come off the file.
Get a copy of your credit report and check they have been satisfied. If not you need to apply to the court for a 'certificate of satisfaction' which can be sent to the credit agencies to mark as satisfiedI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. That is all sorted but when are they removed? 6 years from issue or 6 years from being satisfied?0
