Joint loans etc

Hi Guys,
I have yet anotther question please!

Hubby and I have a joint secured loan and joint mortgage do i put the whole amount of the loan on my BR form and his BR form or just half the value? Sorry if this is a stupid question, just dont want to get them wrong!

xx

  • The whole lot goes on both as you are both jointly and severally responsible, so if he was to go BR without you you would be wholly responsible for the joint debt, not half of it.
