Iv'e been looking at the bluetooth car stereos since I saw this post here on MSE:

..a good buy at £80 indeed! if you look at the prices 'others' are charging!!
Basicly, the 'stereo' syncs with your bluetooth enabled mobile phone, interupts the cd/radio station you were using to recieve an incoming call (through the car speakers)..Also if you have such a phone and it supports voice dialing, that's supported too, through the unit's inbuilt microphone.
But I was also wanting to play my MP3's through my next car stereo, and then found this one:
http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/115705/rb/22050921239
does that via MMC (SD Cards) plus you can hook up USB devices to it, ie. 'portable storage devices'!;)
may well be worth the extra £12 me thinks!
Edit: seems to be based (via appearance) on the same stereo/chipset as featured on this other item:
http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/104104/rb/22051023962
so it's a good bet they came out the same factory (see onsite reviews)
