Cheap work boots

Does anyone know where I can get a cheap pair of work boots from? I'm often DIY-ing and gardening, I've got a pair of wellies but they are causing me major pain! I've tried various inner soles to make them comfortable & reduce the pain but nothings working & I can't stand it anymore.
Because I need something for working in the garden they ideally need to be waterproof & other than that they just need to be comfortable. I'm looking for a ladies size 6 as cheap as possible.

Thanks Coopdivi, I looked in the Toolstation catalogue but all their shoes said size 7 upwards so had ruled them out.
