Hi,
Do i need to list all house hold items that i own under the fixture and fittings part of the bankruptcy form?? I dont have any that worth alot, all are second hand?
I will have £120 per month left once i have gone bankrupt, would i have to pay IPO also if i was to be giving an IPO and my circumstances were to change (move in with partner or familt) would my IPO amount change?
Thanks

Hi, you don't need to include all your household goods unless you have anything that is worth a lot of money (ie over £1000). Have you contacted one of the debt charities? With regards to you SOA, why don't you post it up here and we'll take a look?
