Missed APC Overnight delivery - any ideas?

Hi,
I'm not expecting anything except the giant water pistol from the Starburst comp and I've had a missed delivery from APC Overnight. Does anyone know if the Starburst comp uses APC? On the tracking details it says weight: 5 but there are no details of the sender. Has anyone else received a delivery from them today?
