Not that I'd personally buy anything from them, but I doubt that's a scam site. Better to be safe than sorry, but it's unlike any of the usual ones.
I checked ou the prices for something I know the price of, video game consoles, and the prices are cheap for some things and way too much for others. Pls they have last gen consoles which you'd hardly include as part of a scam.
You raise a good point.
By the way, I recently won $454,125,1215.51 on the Nigerian Lottery but I'm struggling to find a bank who will accept my oversized cheque.
If you provide me with some basic bank details, I'll gladly pay it into your account and let you keep half.0 -
Not sure why people are saying godaddy is a red flag. The rest of it, yeah, but godaddy are one of the biggest registrars, tons of legit places use godaddy. They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0

Agreed, Godaddy is a perfectly legitimate domain registrar, and being one of the biggest and most popular, it's hardly surprising that a few people will buy domains there to be used for nefarious purposes. It doesn't follow that all domains registered there are dodgy...0 -

As the originator of the godaddy quesion and it was a question not a comment as denoted by the ? on the end.
It was prompted by the Google link (google address etc) google run their own domain servers if it was officially Google it would not be registered through godaddy.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -

I hope you have a better experience with them and hundreds of other people who've tried to buy from them. Often they promise out of this world prices and the goods aren't even in stock (despite what their site says) I bought a Tamrom lens of them which was £150 less than in the shops, it said they had 5 in stock which wasn't the case. It took me months to get my money back!! (Same goes for CrazyCameras, stay away from them!!)
You're likely to get an email asking you to send them a utility bill to as proof of identity (are they allowed to do that?) and if you do end up calling them you'll go to an indonesian in their call centre who's at the end of her tether as everyone's been shouting at her all day.0 -
