Hi,
Does anyone know if RMA Resolve are Amex's in-house collectors or are they a seperate DCA?
When I started my DMP it went to RMA, 6 months in it went back to Amex who are now restarting to charge interest. But RMA are still sending hassling letters.
Very confusing.
