Hi, I'm not sure if I'm on the right part of the site, but I need some advice. At the start of this year I was on the brink of BR but due to one of my credit cards settling on a reduced rate this cleared £8k of debt, enough to keep me with my head just above water. SInce then, I have made good progress and now tackling my debts as my CC's have all been agreed at 0.25% for 1 year each. However, I was issued a default by a company store card - and was expecting the debt to be sold off to a debt co. The default was about 4 months ago, and I've not heard a single thing since. Any advice on what I should do? My temptation is to lay low as I don't really want to chase them if they're not chasing me. Any advice?
