Trust Deed (Scotland)

Hi,

Can anyone help me please!!!!

I was in a Trust Deed for 3 years and it will be complete 2 years in February. I was looking to apply for a Mortgate however not sure if I will be accepted or not. My partner already has a mortgate but we were looking to buy together and Im not sure whether it will be accepted or not because of my Trust Deed?

Hi we are 6 months into my husbands TD, our IP told us to do nothing like that until its finished, as said won't pass credit checks. Hope that helps.
  • Trust deed will stay on your credit report for 6 years after it started - not good if you're looking for a mortgage.
