    Just how much above £600K do you want to borrow.

    You say your joint income is £150K (is that including or excluding bonuses) most banks won't consider bonuses as they aren't guaranteed income.
    Even if the £150K is excluding bonuses, you're already at a multiple of four times joint income at £600K, I think you'd be lucky to find a lender to go to those multiples even without taking your other circumstances into account.

    To clarify the OP says he has 24% cash deposit (c.!50k) so he is looking to borrow 3x joint income £450k not 4x.
