Terms and conditions

1. No purchase necessary.
2. UK residents aged 18 or over only, excluding employees (& their immediate families) of the promoter, Brasserie G!rard, its agents or anyone connected with this promotion.
3. All entries must be submitted by 11.59pm on 17th October 2010.
4. The winner will be drawn at random, under independent supervision, from all valid entries by 30th October 2010.
5. The prize: A pair of economy, return flights from the UK to Paris. 3 nights’ accommodation between Thursday and Monday at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Paris-Boulogne (sharing, with breakfast), a Champagne cruise on the River Seine, return transfers to and from the airport in Paris and £100 spending money.
6. All elements subject to availability and booking at least 4 weeks in advance.
7. Prize must be taken by 30th October 2011 and cannot take place over public holidays.
8. The winner and their guest will be responsible for ensuring that they have a valid UK passport and travel insurance.
9. Both passengers must travel together and flights once booked cannot be changed or transferred.
10. Transfers in the UK and all other costs (e.g meals) are the responsibility of the prize winner.
11. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw date, and must respond to notification within a further 14 days, otherwise they may be disqualified and an alternative winner selected.
12. For name & county of winner, send a SAE to Bonne Maman & Brasserie G!rard, 47-49 Queens Road, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 9UH by 30th November 2010.
13. No cash alternative and the prizes are non-transferable.
14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
