How do I get my account details?

Hi guys,
Ive touched on this in previous posts but im going to ask anyway.
I have 3 creditors that are still showing a defaulted balance on my credit files with experian and equifax but not callcredit.
I have no account details for any of the 3 creditors and I have rang my OR but had no luck going down that route (although I didnt actually get to speak to the person who dealt with my case).
The person I spoke to was very unhelpful and just didnt seem interested at all??
Can anyone advise me on the best course of action to enable me to get my previous account numbers so I can get the defaults marked as settled?
I know that ringing the companies themselves would be the best bet but I dont want to risk all the threatening letters etc!!!
One of the companies is actually a DCA (lowell portfolio 1 Ltd) but I know that they bought the debt from Halifax which may or may not help???
Any suggestions guys???
Sorry for the long post.:D
PS, I was just going to send the standard letter from the credit clean-up stickie but I was told that without the account numbers for each creditor I will get a "sorry we cant help you" letter and then the payment demands will start up!!

Are they on the bankruptcy petition that you submitted to court?0

Hi Josie,
Yes, all debt were included in the BR, I was given early disharge back in August and have decided to clean up my files.
The thing is, I didnt have my account details for every creditor in the first place and it was my OR that recovered the vast majority of the account numbers except these remaining 3.0 -
Have you got your credit records from the 3 credit reference agencies?:pB&SC No. 298

Hi dojo,
Yeah, Ive got all three files with experian and equifax showing all my creditors settled AND defaulted.
Callcredit is a waste of time, they dont show ANY credit agreements at all apart from my new co-op account.0
