we have no contact with pwc2,the child was the result of an affair so we dont even know if the child is hubbies.

Sorry to put cat amongst pigeons - but even t hough you have no contact, would it be worth looking at DNA testing? But as far as CSA are concerned, if your hubs didn't dispute parentage of PWC2 child initially they will assume he is the parent - other threads on here in similar vein, but just thinking about your possible arrears , its a shame he didn't dispute this initailly as he may have been looking at much less arrears

yeah i know.he just accepted responsibility like an idiot.she was with a bloke at the time too,he was apparently infertile.we would have to get a legal dna test though and they expensive

Sometimes just easier for the guys to assume they are rather than fight with a scorned ex.................BUT

DNA (£500 ish).....Still cheaper than the thousands CSA will shaft you for! Sorry to be blunt, but they will enforce this debt, unless you fight it from every angle!! We know from experience unfortunately - good luck

spoke to them today, they said there is now £3000 odd owed as they paying all of the £1600odd mistake to the other pwc instead of paying us and reaping it back.told him that he does know he cant claim for arrears prior to jul 2000?he stuttered a bit lol also told him that all will be revealed shortly as we are getting data protection file.he wasnt impressed.proceeded to harp on about how 'this is the third time he has had to look at this account breakdown and they still want the arrears paid back'. i hate them.really feel like giving up but wont.

also, he told hubby yesterday the new breakdown was in post uyestereday, told me today that it will be posted today or tomorrow and if i dont receieve it to call monday and tell his colleague that there is a copy in his folder!
