Paternity Leave

How long do you need to work for an employer to get it and If you work for a recruitment agency for two years do you think they would pay paternity leave?

    not all companies give paternity leave, best bet to have a chat with your boss, or your partner do it if it for him, think they pay about £100 per week :)
