Make sure you send the letter recorded and signed for so they cannot claim they didn't receive it.

If your work colleagues are already covering for you I would suggest asking them to inform these 'callers' that you are not allowed to receive personal phone calls and to stop calling you.

You can then say that your employer has formally asked them to stop calling you at work too.

If they continue to call you at work you then have them by the short and curly's.

Fingers crossed once they receive that letter the calls should stop (if they have any sense)

Hi, this sounds a bit like the problem I had with Barclaycard. Reading some of the threads I gather this is how they operate.
And as already said you don't have to speak to them.

I am sorting a DMP via CCCS I did ring Barclaycard tho and ask them to remove all my numbers except my mobile-and they have although she did ask for my email address (!!)
I also asked if they would give me 30 days to sort DMP and get it set up. This was 10 days ago and so far they have not harrassed me any further. I did however pay them £20 as a token.
Must tell you tho they denied receiving a recorded delivery I had sent them right at the start, so hang on to your receipt indefinatley as you would probably need it

    Good luck

  • These are the calls today:

    Home
    10.39am
    1.01pm
    2.51pm
    6.38pm

    Work (maybe more)
    11.30am
    12.45pm
    3.00pm

The one at 6.38 I answered expecting to give them a pice of my mind, they asked if I was ******** and I said yes then they hung up!
  • Letter sent recorded dellivery today

    Calls at home today

    10.51am
    10.52am
    12.48pm
    12.50pm
    4.10pm
    4.13pm

This is beyond a joke now. As you can see they call 1 minute after they have already called!
  • This looks like harassment to me, particularly the closely spaced calls. It is not acceptable.
