because I'm bored.
Purely anecdotal evidence that I've lost interest in the House Buying board again; because there's nothing to answer; it's full of unhappy tenants, the number of 'I can't sell my house' threads is up again and there's not much in the way of 'building regs certification' 'FENSA' 'help, what does my survey mean' and 'what do I offer' threads.
When I'm bored of the board prices go down
There should be a doozerometer.
I've got stuff hitting the market in four weeks. Joy.

It's raining today so nobody is going to be out buying houses, sellers will need to drop prices.0
