Hi I am looking for a blue, sensitive mascara that's NOT waterproof and reasonably priced. ( I like to remove my makeup with water)
Has anyone any idea? I used to use Rimmel but they have stopped making the one I used.
TIA

Hi Tia
I get mine from the makeup stall at my local market, it cost about £2. I have to use sensitive makeup and have used this for years and never had any problems with it.
The colour is "Azure Blue" and really makes your eyes stand out. I also use a similar colour eye pencil which I buy from the same place.
Not sure if its any helpto you though but it might be worth looking in your local market.

Not sure if they do one, but my first few ports of call would be Mac, Barry M or Superdrug0

You could try looking in a shop.Who I am is not important. What I do is.0

Avon do them.
In Boots Collection 2000 do them too.
You can still remove waterproof mascara with a foaming face wash + water.0 -

Checked in Superdrug, Barry M has one for £4.95 http://www.barrym.com/coloured-mascara sky blue or turkquoise.
In Superdrug there is also a brand called "sleek" which has one for £2.89:

Also, "make up academy" also in Superdrug has two, each £1:
