I've just had a flyer through my door about this:

(i'm not allowed to post links but please check it out)
and I think I would be able to do it myself - anyone see potential pitfalls in copying this business for my area?

No, there's no protection just on a business idea (otherwise there would only be 1 of any type of business).
Just be careful not to do anything too close to their name/logo/leaflets etc.Cash not ash from January 2nd 2011: £2565.:j
OU student: A103 , A215 , A316 all done. Currently A230 all leading to an English Literature degree.
Any advice given is as an individual, not as a representative of my firm.0 -
thanks for your reply on this.
What do you think of the potential for such a business? I know we're coming out of the recession but I also know that people are depleted and still worried.0
