Removing 'track changes' in MS Word 2003

I've got a document and i'd like to erase all the 'document tracking' elements from it. I don't want anyone to be able to see it's historical changes and edits. Nothing fishy, it's just i'm reusing a corporate document and need to change the client names.
Any ideas?
