From mortgage lenders POV, is there any significance in the practice/architect who has issues the practical certificate of completion? I assume that one certificate is as good as the next?
Thanks

A qualified architect should suffice.
You should ask your solicitor to check the architect's professional indemnity insurance to ensure you can claim if a structural defect does arise.0 -
I will be meeting with the Architect in the next couple of weeks so can check myself. What sort of levels should I be looking for?0
