Can someone advise me on what I can do.
My employer has not paid me for overtime I have done about 3 months ago. I worked an extra 72 hours in a month. So far they have paid me for 5.
They keep on saying that I have not worked that, but they have the evidence infront of them ... MY TIMESHEET.
I also leave this company to work somewhere else in 2 weeks. Can anyone advise on what can be done. It is nearly £500 they owe!!!
