  • totally agree with Hannah, why don't you phone the FOS and complain, you are in hardship and they are making it worse, that is grounds for a complaint, I did it with Amex and they caved, paid back all the interest they'd charged, ceased interest and gave me £50 for my trouble. That is what the FOS are there for, and its only a phone call, if no one complains, they think they can get away with it and will try again with some other poor soul, complain its your rights and its free!

    My situation is myself and my OH are not married the debts are mine and my OH is helping me make Pro rata offers how would this sit with a judge my debt advisor has said in theory I could offer a £1 a month and they are lucky to be getting the amount I am sending what are your views and experience all debts are unsecured
