I've just started an evening chinese cookery course. We have to take in the ingredients for the recipes and some weeks we are deep frying. We have to both take in the oil and then take it home afterwards. Any idea what I can put the oil in afterwards? It probably will not have time to cool down completely. Only idea so far is a flask, but the one we've got was expensive.
I don't drive and was intending to go straight from work to the course, but I'm not sure that will be very feasible with all the ingredients and the wok.
