Help! Nail polish on leather couch!

Can any of you lovely old-stylers give me some advice on how to get nail polish off my leather couch???? I have tried a non-acetone polish remover, which is stripping the actual colour from the couch!! I haven't tried anything else yet as I don't want to make it worse, has anyone any advice on how to get it off??? Bloomin' 3 year old trying to paint her own nails while I was in the shower argh!!!
