I've just got this in an email:
'Take our quick fun quiz to reveal who you really are in the morning, and to find the perfect breakfast for you. You'll also receive our free breakfast pack which includes a whole host of freebies including a money off coupon, and the opportunity to win a trip to the Eden project!'
http://email.breakfastdecider.co.uk/
EDIT: This offer is advertised on the Alpro Soya website too, although in this case the link is:
http://ws.breakfastdecider.co.uk/
I don't know if this makes much of a difference though
Hope you find this useful - I definitely will

Hello Chirpy!
You were born with your body clock set so that you’re at your best at breakfast.
Your natural energy levels and cheerfulness at this time can be an inspiration to those with less fortunate genes (though beware – it can sometimes be irritating to persons of a grumpier disposition!)
Your circadian rhythm means you are likely to need fuel in the form of a good breakfast, as you are also likely to have eaten lightly and headed for bed early the night before. The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.0 -
I'm a whirlwind.......so true so true0

I'm a whirlwind as well. So so true!!
btw, i didn't enter the promo code, will my pack still come do you think?0 -
Hi mrsyorkie
If I remember correctly, the form said something like 'if you found out about this offer from a postcard etc., please fill in the promo code'. I got this in an email from IPoints, which did not make any reference to a promo code at all.
Because they include the magic word 'if' in the sentence mentioned above, I presume the promo code is not compulsory - at least I truly hope so.
