Winners must be aged over 18 and have held a full manual driving licence for at least a year. The winners’ must accept that some personal risk may be involved in the activities associated with the prize and that they take part at their own risk. The winners’ will be required to sign a disclaimer by the event organizer before taking part in any activity. Other than death or personal injury arising from the acts or omissions of Restoria, Restoria will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the winners’ enjoyment of the prize. A valid driving license must be brought along on the day. Drivers drive at their own risk and Restoria and Dennis Publishing Ltd will not be liable for any accidents. Minimum height is 5‘, maximum is 6‘6“ while the maximum weight is 16 stone. Winners must allow up to six weeks advance booking. Winners will be contacted by Restoria. Winners are responsible for organising their own transport to and from the venue. The driving experience will take place at Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. Winners will receive a shared safety briefing before driving. Winners will need to sign a disclaimer confirming that you hold a full British or international manual driving licence, that you are in good health and do not suffer any disability that could impair your driving. Driving may be postponed in extreme weather conditions (eg ice or heavy rain) for safety reasons.
