PAYG Free Text Top Up


Free text top up (the "Reward") is available to:
new customers who purchase a new pay as you go SIM or handset through the Orange shop online (http://shop.orange.co.uk) and register it to the text top-up tariff
and existing Orange pay as you go customers who change to the text top-up tariff on the Orange website (http://shop.orange.co.uk/shop/payasyougo/rewards)
When moving on to the text top-up tariff from either Fixed Rates all Day, Choose your own off peak or Talk & Save please be aware that you will not be able to return to your old tariff.
Customers will receive 300 free text messages (the "Free Texts") and 1 Mb free Orange World Access (the "Data") regardless of spend for the first month. Thereafter customers must top-up by a minimum of £10 in a calendar month, to receive a variable number of Free Texts, which will be dependant on your total top-ups in the previous month as per the table of top-up thresholds below. If you do not make the minimum monthly top-up Free Texts and Data will not be given. Level of top up during calendar month Free Texts Orange World Access

The monthly period during which top ups accumulate (the "Monthly Period") will start on the date the Reward is applied to your account. This means that any top-up from this point will be taken in to consideration at the end of that Monthly Period. The Monthly Period does not necessarily start on the 1st of the month and will run from 00.00.00 on the first day of the Monthly Period and will end at 23.59.59 on the last day of the Monthly Period. At the end of the Monthly Period we calculate your Free Texts and Data. Subsequent Monthly Periods will run from the same day of the following months whilst you are on the Reward. Where the Reward is applied on the 29th, 30th or 31st day of a month, the Monthly Period will run from the 28th of each month.
Once registered, the Reward will be applied to the customer's account within 14 days. Orange will send customers joining the Reward a text message informing them that the Reward has been applied to their account and that they have Free Texts and Data to use during the first Monthly Period. Where a customer is eligible for Free Texts and Data during the following Monthly Period, Orange will send a text message to confirm when these have been applied. Free Texts and Data will be applied within 72 hours of the start of the next Monthly Period. Texts and data usage prior to receipt of a confirmation message will be charged at standard rates.
The Free Texts include text messages sent as a standard person to person text message to any UK mobile phone network, whilst within the UK. All other text messages will be charged at their standard rates. Once the Free Texts have been used customers will be charged at standard service plan rates. Unused Free Texts will expire at the end of the Monthly Period.
The Data may be used to access Orange World Access and the internet via GPRS. Customers using CSD dial up to access the services will receive £4 worth of dial up access at their standard rates, Unused Data will expire at the end of the Monthly Period.
The Reward is not available in conjunction with any other reward or promotion, except the Free Evening Calls Promotion, unless otherwise specified. If customers switch to another reward or promotion the remaining portion of the Free Texts and Data will remain on the account until the end of the Monthly Period. Customers may only change between rewards for which they are eligible once every 30 days.
Text Extras can be used in conjunction with the Reward. Text and Orange World Extras with a shorter duration than 1 month will be used before those available through your Reward.
Orange reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the Reward at any time on reasonable notice.
Orange reserves the right to increase the cost of both per minute call charges and minimum call costs, Any increases will be posted on the website. Once any increase has commenced, customers will be deemed to accept these changes if they continue to use Orange Services.
Service is subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Network Services, a copy of which can be found at the back of your Orange phone User Guide or SIM pack. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange Pay as you go Services, the latter will prevail.

Its no good for Cinema Offers either unless you top up.Because

To call or text 241 is free. To receive a text ticket you'll be charged a rate of 35p per text. "
