GMTV/Daybreak Cashback

I have been chasing and chasing two transactions that are collectively worth £45 (having spent £25 out) only, 6 months later, to be told by Daybreak that the transactions cannot be tracked.

I'm really upset that after chasing for months, providing the evidence and originally installing their cashback tracker - they have just come back and said .... tough, nothing we can do!

I'm sticking with it and have responded that I think this is unfair and should be looked into again - but lets face it - it doesnt look good does it?! :mad:

Rant over - anyone else have this problem?
