    I've logged in & tried to enter the comp but I keep getting "please complete all fields". Apart from the answer and a phone number what other fields are there??

    Went through ok with FF, all it asked for was answer and phone number

    If you are registering on the site, there is a stupid blue/red bar at the bottome of the page and you need to drag it along to show how often you buy the paper.

    Had me confused for a while!

    I had the same problem - then discovered it was because I had a space in my phone number which it didn't seem to like. Without any spaces it went through OK. :j

    Went through ok with IE.
