Hi Kellogs not sure if you remember my case CS1 closed case re-opened CSA put it on CS2 by mistake. Well was just wondering as the case is 10 years old and there is no change to the case do they have to send another MEF to the NRP? I was told they send the form to confirm that he is the father, was thinking that obviously he is as hes been paying the last 9 years through the CSA.
Thanks
Thanks

Shermanator for the case of avoiding ugly threads like last week, would it not have been better to send a PM to Kellogs36?
A similar question of changing from cs1 to cs2 and dna testing was concluded in a new case is a new case and all the options are always available eg a new dna test if the nrp requests so.0 -
I apologise i did try and pm kellogs but her message box was full, and I dont understand what you mean by ugly threads. There is no question of the father denying parentage in my case either.0

No need to apologise, the ugly threads were last weekend where nearly every posting I was sniped at and then the threads if remained open were turned into long 'debates'.
If kellogs Pm box is full then it is full , I suppose she will get a lot of PM's and the box will fill quite quickly
Hope she can answer your query once again :beer:0 -
