Hi,
I'm filling out my soa, i've listed all my debts including a credit card that has gone to county court and judgement, how do i enter this on the form ? do i put the court as the address, or does it go elsewhere ?
Thanks in advance.
Gordon

The CCJ will be included in your BR so therefore it will not ever go into your SOA as an outgoing - you are never going to pay anymore. You will need to list the CCJ in your list of debts but you would still list it as the credit card company as they are the ones who have the CCJ against you and they own the debt - not the court.0
