I bought a computer from that company. Monitor blew within one week of getting it. I had lots of problems trying to get them to bring out a new one. Finally contacted the company that makes the monitor and they replaced it. Then the hard drive failed. It took hundred's of emails, phone calls, and several months before they finally sent someone out to replace the hard drive.

Horrible company. They will promise you everything in order to get you to buy something. After that, you have nothing but problems. They don't believe in customer service and want the customer to pay to ring them per minute. Also, when I got my computer and I scanned it, there were all kinds of spyware, etc on it.

I would stay far away from them if i were you. The guy that came out to replace the hard drive said they get tons of complaints about their equipment.

Damn, I was away to purchase a monitor from them as they're the cheapest online but I'm a little weary after reading the above post
