    Yes, and whilst useful, the OP was directing his/her enquiry on information on PPTs rather than the cold calling aspect. They are not a scam. The inlaws must be somewhat interested for the OP to be making further enquiries.

    Yes and I dare say the reputable professionals are wise to that.

    In any event, the person would be dead and therefore not be the one requiring requiring care and being means-tested.
