I've just posted on the discount code board about this but thought I should maybe mention it here too.
I also ordered a card from the Hallmark site late last night and encountered the same problem everyone has been having with the payment details not being taken. I emailed Hallmark as I wasnt sure what to do next and this morning received this reply:
"We are currently experiencing a slight error with the '2NDBIRTHDAY' coupon code, this does does not affect the order itself, this will be processed as normal as long as you have received a confirmation email from us with the order number.
The site seems to be completing the order without asking for any payment, so for this order you have not been charged on this occassion. We are working on resolving this issue today so orders placed later today will be charged."
So I think that if your payment details havent been taken then you can assume you have got freebie p&p as well as the free card!:beer:
