Homemade Castle birthday cake for 1st birthday

I made a castle for my neice a few years back - using the swiss roll method. I got some fondant icing from Tescos and you can get edible glitter and stuff cheap as chips off Ebay. There is a cake store up upper Newtownards Road that i buy stuff from now which is great, but not the cheapest. I'd definitely recommend ebay if you have the time for delivery.

butterfly is easy enough, poundland has butterfly shaped silicone cake 'tins' I did one for my sister last year, 2 butterfly cakes turned sideways and put together to make a big butterfly if that makes sense! and frosting. She wants a pink castle this year...she will b 21!0

There should be an insert image icon at the top of the quick reply screen. having looked at this is requires the html code so you are prob best to load it into a photo sharing site like photobucket or photobox. That will then give you the code.0
