Has anyone received their Comfort Pasmina???

For anyone who received a confirmation e-mail a while ago but still waiting for their pashmina, do what I did. Contact them at their website here:

and just write something like you were very pleased that your application for a pashmina was accepted but as you are still waiting is it possible they could look this up for you? If you still have the e-mail they sent, there's a customer reference no. there. Mention that too in your query. Thank them for their help and sign off with your name & address details.

I did this and the very next day my pashmina arrived, with a cute little bottle of conditioner and money-off coupon! This was a few weeks back so you got nothing to lose by contacting them. Keep your query polite and brief (don't make it sound like you're writing a complaint).

Finally, and this is optional but I think it's a nice gesture: if and when you receive your freebie, send them a quick e-mail thanking them for their customer service. It doesn't take much to let someone know you appreciate their efforts and will do us good in the long run as it may encourage companies to continue providing us with freebies! :beer:

I didn't get mine until a series of emails were sent back and forth.

I entered the promotion back at the start of the year (2 days into the promotion) and never got one.

Hence when I saw the promotion was on AGAIN I was mad, as I never got the first one. :mad:

So wrote an email expressing my disappointment. She said they had none that they could send me. Explained I found this HARD TO BELIEVE as a new promotion for them had JUST STARTED. :eek:

Amazingly she "located" one and sent it ASAP.

So yes, I got one, but not without due hardship!!! LoL

No luck yet, I think it was October I registered with comfort. I've heard that they are in supermarkets again in a double box of comfort creme so I'll look out for that.
