  • Ooooh What's myvoice?
I have had a good morning at the car boot sale. I bought a huge toy snowman for 20p and the stalholder gave me a phalic cruet set for free. ;)
Then I bought some handmade gift boxes and went around looking for little things to put in them. I found a man selling chainstore end-of-range costume jewellery for 25p an item and when I bought £1.25 worth he gave me 2 pretty champagne glasses for free. :T
I have also sold one of my items on ebay this morning. Things are definitely looking better today. Look out for my cheeky salt and pepper pot, it will be going on ebay later today!:D
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in. :D

    Hi everyone

I should have a nice sum of money by the end of today to add to my challenge. The rest of the beauty freebies I got last weekend are going for an amazing £50.75 so far and they don't finish until this evening.

The Jane Norman dress that I got in a charity shop for £5.99 is selling for £16 at the moment (there's a little tip then if you can find any Jane Norman clothes in charity shops ;) ).

I'm also going to do another matched bet later on.

    Being a gay bloke I don't get fashion :D:D:D

But what is good about Jane Norman stuff that her stuff sells well on Ebay?

Jane Norman is really good quality stuff. A dress from there would cost £40-£50 new. It's not really expensive designer stuff but it's a bit more higher quality than Bay or New Look for example.

    Hope that helps :D

Most of the more expensive well known high street shop clothes tend to go well on ebay.
Such as Monsoon, Oasis, Coast, Next.
Worth knowing if you are looking out for charity shop bargains!

i couldn't carry off any dress

i've got fat thighs and size 13 feet so high heels would be a nightmare to find

i have seen 70's style pants in a charity shop before but never thought to even pick them up, wish i had done now

some tv theme complitations (sp?) cds sell well

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130030792960

I've seen this a few times in various charity shops for less than £2 (but couldn't guarantee getting £8 for the next one again)
