Going bankrupt and not sure what i can put down in my expenditure??

Options
Hi the title says it all really.

Does anyone have a list of what that courts would accept for your outgoings.

I currently have a TV,Internet,Phone package for £36 month but i've been told they won't accept that.

Also the maximum they would accept for each outgoing?

Thanks

They will accept what is necessary for you to have a basic level of living,

have a go at filling out this and copy it here, we can have a look at it for you

there are no definitive amounts but we can see if it looks reasonable
if you live with your partner you need to include their contribution to the household expenses (not their full income)
  • And you can use this for your SOA -

A very rough idea. £29 per week on public transport. If you can get my train tickets for £29 then go ahead. My travel by public transport is £21 per day and that cannot change.

I always thought you put all the OP's expenses of mobile/landline/tv/broadband together and put it under Telephone and put £60 per month down.

Holiday...you can put down an amount that will give you and your family a 1 week break in the UK. (usually £20 per person per month).

Nothing for the other 2. But, you can add more to the groceries to cover that..
