Halloween Costume for couple

I was wondering if I can get some suggestions for a Halloween costume for my wife and I?

We got our invitation today, and in as much as I hate putting on costume and all, my wife seems pretty excited about it and I just can't bear to dampen her excitement.

She knows that I wasn't really comfortable wearing costumes so she made me a deal that I can be the one to decide on the costume.

Problem is, I have no idea.

Would anyone care to suggest?

Gomez and Morticia Addams? Since you don't like dressing up, Gomez wouldn't take too much effort and your wife can have some creative fun being Morticia.

Another idea that can be simple for you but your wife can take furtherif she wants is vampires.

There's lots of famous couples you could dress up as - Punk it up and go as Sid and Nancy, romantic as Romeo and Juliet, silly as the Krankies... Oooh I love fancy dress parties!!!

We love dressing up, do it every year whenever possible.

I love Jack and Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas as a couple costume, but it does take some effort! However your main bit of the costume would be a skeleton mask- so you could always take it off- and it is a very popular costume people tend to recognise.

My minimalist fancy dress is always a devil - pair of horns and an apple to tempt people with. I always wear a very sexy red dress and fab eye make up, but you'd get away with all black clothing or a red shirt. Perhaps your partner could be an angel?

Most :eek: couple's costume I ever saw was friends who turned up as Ian Brady and Myra Hindley. Minimal effort, maximum impact.

wear all black and just buy a monster mask each, saves embarrassment if you are really uncomfortable!

Mr and mrs frankenstein or some bath towel ghosts would be fun though!
