We're in the process of signing up for a really cheap 5 year fixed. We'll only have a few years of payments after that and can extend the period if the rates go up. Suggest you make the most of the coming 5 years. As the credit squeeze is going to run for a lot longer time frame. With bank capital requirements deferred until 2018. To allow time for Governments to get there own houses in order there's a long slow road to be travelled.0 -
