Hiya, I filled out an SOA to go with my forms a couple of months ago but since then we've moved out of our mortgaged flat and into a rented property. So I need to re-do my SOA. The questions on the calculator I found on the link on here is great but it asks for mortgage, rent, leashold fees etc etc. Do I fill it out with just our rental property details i.e rent, bills on rental property etc and not include our land fees etc for our flat or do I include the rent and the mortgaged property fees?

Confused???? Logic says just do outgoings for the new rental place we're in currently but then does it not matter that I'm not including outgoings I'm liable for on the mortgaged property even though we're doing vol repo on it?
