Help re re-mortgage

Hi,
can anyone recommend a good lender given my circumstances.
We are looking to remortgage (property worth about 250000, outstanding Mortgage 85000 with 18 years to go). Would like to make regular but small overpayments and may also need to borrow another 100000 to finance a move to a different area.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to best buys?
Thanks
