Well from reading all the other posts on flyer talk I think the two lots of points that have just been added are for week 7 and 8.

From my statement I have received:

28th Sept 2000 points week 2
12th Oct 500 points week 4
12th Oct 1500 points week 3
29th Oct 2000 points week 5
29th Oct 2000 points week 6
3rd Nov 2000 points week 8

I missed week one and the weeks seem to add up as when I got the 500 points I was away and could only enter on the last day.

looks like they didn't award me any points for Lake Titicaca, Peru/Bolivia at all :eek:

Needless to say I have asked for an explanation as I have no idea what the reply means.

where would I find the points descrepancy form sugarbabe? I reckon I've got the same problem as you, I can't believe it :mad:

After you log in, click on Customer Support and third paragraph down you will see the link for point/stay discrepancy form.

They have not replied to my email asking for an explanation of their reply above. Hubby received a reply basically saying we got it wrong. :mad:

They have not made it easy for themselves the way they have listed the points on statements. They should at least put the relevant week number next to the points.

Thanks sugarbabe, I found it just before picked up your reply, here's what I sent to them:

With regards to the recent Anywhere Challenge, I don't think I have been allocated points for week 7 at all, which appears to be missing. I stated Lake Titicaca, Peru/Bolivia, South America day 1, because the first clue said 'borders more than one country' so I put the Peru/Bolivia bit to cover that option, and it appears you have totally disregarded my answer. Your clues and answers have been all over the place, some specific, some not. How the hell were we supposed to guess Kauai, Hawaii from the first clue, 'covered with miles upon miles of beaches', at least my guesses had relevance!!!! and the week that the clue didn't come up until very late in the day was amateurish, with no response to my email. If you're going to do a contest, at least play fairly!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's see what they come back with :mad:

Reading the forums on flyertalk there seems to be a few disgruntled people who have not got points and examples of family members putting the same answers but receiving different numbers of points.

I think the 3rd is the last 2 weeks cp, so you got 2000pts?

Looks like its the 1st week they've missed out???
